Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all quotes given and orders accepted by Supply 360 ("we", "us") for the supply of food packaging, cleaning supplies and related products. By placing an order with us you agree to these terms. We supply businesses; these terms are written for business-to-business sales.

1. Quotes

Quotes are free and without obligation. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days from the date it is given. Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and exclude VAT and delivery unless we say otherwise. A quote becomes a binding order only when you confirm it and we accept it in writing (email counts).

2. Orders and payment

Payment terms are agreed per customer: unless we have agreed credit terms with you, payment is due before dispatch. Invoices on agreed credit terms are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may charge statutory interest and compensation on late business payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. Products remain our property until paid for in full.

3. Custom-printed products

For printed items, we will send you an artwork proof before production. Please check it carefully — once you approve a proof, we are not responsible for errors it contained (including spelling, colours as displayed on screen, and layout). Lead times for printed goods are estimates and start from proof approval. Custom-printed products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty. Minimum order quantities apply to printed items and will be stated in your quote. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use any logo or artwork you supply, and you are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are given in good faith but are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for losses caused by reasonable delays. Please check your delivery on arrival. Claims for damaged goods or shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible — we will replace, credit or refund affected items. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns

Unused, unopened stock items in resalable condition may be returned within 14 days by prior arrangement; carriage is at your cost and a restocking charge may apply. Custom-printed items, part-used cases and perishable or hygiene-sensitive goods cannot be returned unless faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your rights in respect of faulty goods.

6. Product information

Product dimensions, capacities and images on our website and in our catalogue are indicative and may vary slightly between production batches. If a specific certification (for example food-contact compliance) is critical to your use, tell us when ordering and we will confirm it for the product supplied.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit or business), and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

8. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier failures, transport disruption, strikes, and severe weather. We will let you know and resume as soon as we reasonably can.

9. General

These terms, together with your quote and our order confirmation, are the whole agreement between us. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
